In a casino hotel package departing from Izmir, 19,900 TL buys you return flights, the Ercan transfer and a hotel room. Not a single kurus of that total is set aside for the gaming floor. The product agencies list under the name Cyprus casino tours is nothing more than an ordinary flight-inclusive Cyprus package with a casino resort written into the hotel line. Neither a promise of play credit nor an age check appears on those pages — the first exists in no package, and the second happens at the entrance to the gaming hall. The figures mentioned in this article were compiled as references from examples dated August-September 2026, and they shift with departure city and date.
What the Agency Is Actually Selling
The product name varies by agency: "casino hotel tour", "casino and culture tour", or on some pages simply the hotel's name. The skeleton is the same in all of them. In one flight-package engine listing 94 hotels, Kaya Palazzo, Elexus and Concorde Aria sit as ordinary options among the other properties — no separate tab or booking line has been opened for the casino. On flights you'll most often come across Pegasus and AJet, with THY and SunExpress slotting in on certain hotel-date combinations. Is a special casino entry ticket or VIP card being sold? In our own research, no such item appeared on any of the pages. Board type depends on the hotel: half board, full board, and in the upper segment ultra all-inclusive options. Cratos's two-night package from Izmir adds a Famagusta and Nicosia excursion alongside full board; guided tours like this vary from package to package. Museum entries and lunches stay outside — personal spending, of course, does too.

The Sixteen Hotels on the List
The page Etstur runs for casino hotels lines up 16 properties in a single list. Merit's four hotels (Park, Crystal Cove, Royal Premium, Lefkosa) and Kaya's two (Palazzo, Artemis) take six of the rows. The remaining ten names are Cratos Premium, Elexus, Concorde Luxury, Lord's Palace, Salamis Bay Conti, Acapulco, Vuni Palace, Chamada Prestige, Les Ambassadeurs and Rocks. Grand Pasha Kyrenia, Concorde Aria and Chamada Girne are sold with the same skeleton in other agencies' packages. Nuh'un Gemisi Deluxe doesn't make this list — it has a casino, but with its aqua park and ultra all-inclusive concept it's a property built for families, and nobody markets it as a casino hotel. The flight-free nightly rate is a separate scale altogether: at Elexus, a double room in the summer season starts from 19,520 TL.
The Price Band Widens with the Date
Most pages won't give a final price until a date is selected; the figure in the shop window is an anchor. The band should be read as valid for weekday departures — on dates falling at the weekend, the same hotel climbs above its display price.
| Duration | Departure | Included in package | Per-person band |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2 nights 3 days | Istanbul, Izmir, Ankara, Antalya, Adana | Flight, transfer, accommodation | 19,900-27,199 TL |
| 3 nights 4 days | Same five cities | Flight, transfer, accommodation, guided tour in some packages | 24,000-40,410 TL |
| 4-5 nights | Mostly Istanbul | Flight, transfer, accommodation | 26,289-38,000 TL |
| Holidays, peak periods | Varies | Same skeleton, high demand | Up to 55,000 TL |
The band holds as of August-September 2026 and shifts with the date. September is the peak month on the Ercan route; the same three-night package sat at the bottom of the band for an early-month departure and at the top for a 20 September departure with THY, while a 6-9 September departure with Pegasus landed in the middle at 30,375 TL. Three-day tours dated October start from 20,783 TL, and the bottom end drops as the months roll on. In Cyprus casino tour pricing, the single-occupancy supplement is a separate item. Marti Tur asks an extra 6,570 TL on the same package — a multiplier of 1.33. Since the industry average hovers around 1.5, it can swing higher depending on the hotel.
Lord's Palace's display price opens at 21,999 TL for two nights and 23,999 TL for three. Promotional dates dip below even that. At Chamada Girne, a package showing 18,999-23,999 TL depending on the date drops to 16,999 TL with a 33 percent discount on the 8 November 2026 departure. The last row of the table came from the same hotel's 26-30 May package — assumed to coincide with a peak period, and not a figure to fold into any average. There's a similar jump at New Year: two-night packages with a gala dinner sold for 30,399-55,190 TL last season depending on the hotel. A five-night, six-day honeymoon package at Kaya Palazzo was listed at a total of 64,289 TL for two.
Play Credit Isn't Part of the Package
There are aggregator sites online claiming casino tours come "with gift chips". No such line exists on the primary agency pages. The packages of the five agencies examined go no further than flight and hotel; the transfer is standard, and some pages add a guided Besparmak (Five Finger Mountains) excursion. The comped stays casinos give regular players in exchange for play volume are a separate arrangement that never touches the agency shop window. A traveller arriving on a display-window package pays for everything at the table entirely from their own pocket — and only they set the upper limit. When the maths starts slipping, YEDAM can be reached at 0392 444 79 75 in the TRNC (North Cyprus) and on the 115 line in Turkey.
The Age Limit Isn't Asked at Booking
The booking screen doesn't ask your date of birth for the gaming-hall requirement, and no "under 25" warning appears on any of the package pages examined. The rule actually comes from TRNC casino legislation, not from the sales channel; searching the contract text for this clause is pointless. The check is done by ID at the entrance to the hall, and a traveller who hasn't turned 25 is not let in. The package money doesn't come back at that point; room and flight have been paid for, and what's left in hand is a holiday without the casino.
The Thirty-Day Threshold on Cancellation
The cancellation clause isn't written uniformly across agencies selling Cyprus casino tours. In the Kaya Palazzo package, cancelling more than 30 days out gets a full refund, 29 to 15 days carries a 50 percent penalty, and the final 14 days cost the full price. At Cratos, the second bracket is 29-10 days, with the full price squeezed into the last 10. The common point is the thirty-day threshold: cancel before it and you get your money back; the penalty bracket starts somewhere between 14 and 30 days, and the exact starting day depends on the package you bought.
Is buying the flight separately and choosing the hotel later cheaper? For a traveller with flexible dates, it can be. Pulling the flight into a low-fare month and picking the hotel dates around it leaves room to bargain. At Etstur, hotel and flight can be bought separately or together.
Why the Casino Hotels Gathered in Cyprus
When Turkey amended its Tourism Incentive Law in February 1998 and shut down its casinos, the nearest address became the TRNC — and the industry grew there. Today there's no charter flight reserved for casino passengers; the scheduled aircraft landing at Ercan, and charter operators like Corendon and Freebird alike, carry holidaymakers and casino tour passengers in the same cabin. And a Turkish passenger who presents the chipped ID card at ticketing doesn't pay the 1,250 TL exit fee that passport holders do.
